The information below will answer most of your questions in this first step of the process. More detailed information specific to your translation will be provided after you initiate your request.
Delivery
These are the time frames we guarantee, but we usually deliver much earlier:​ 7-business days: 1-5 pages long 14-business days: 5-25 pages long 28-business days: 25 pages and above ​Rush requests are not available. Some businesses claim to offer this option. However, it is usually impossible to produce a translation within 24 hours due to the nature of translation work. ​Notarized certifications are sent via certified mail. The delivery time depends on the mail service.
Notarization
In the United States, notarization of a translation is never necessary except in two instances: for submitting a translated instrument to the County Clerk per CA Govt. Code §27293, and for Apostille with the Secretary of State. We provide notarization at an additional charge. If you are unsure if you need notarization you may contact our office to discuss your options.

In the United States, digital certification is valid under the law. This allows us to process translations electronically. More clicks equals less paper. Less paper equals more trees.
What To Expect

SEND REQUEST. Fill and submit the Translation Request Form. We confirm receipt in 24 business hours and include instructions on how to submit your documents.

SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS. In order to confirm availability, delivery date, and quote, we need to first review your documents. We then send you the invoice in electronic format with electronic payment options.

SUBMIT PAYMENT. Once payment is received your translation is confirmed and we will begin working on your translation.

TRANSLATION DELIVERY. We send you the completed certified translation. Our standard delivery times are 7-business days for documents up to 5 pages, 14-business days for documents up to 15 pages, etc.
